
Elevating Embattled Clothing’s Digital Experience
Overview
For Embattled Clothing, a brand defined by bold graphics and uncompromising vision, our goal was to create a seamless digital experience that let the products and brand identity take center stage. The UX/UI design was intentionally crafted to function in the background—enhancing usability while ensuring the clothing remained the focal point.
Both founders were deeply passionate about their brand, seeing it as an all-or-nothing endeavor where every design choice mattered. Our challenge was to translate that intensity into a digital space that balanced creative expression with intuitive functionality.






















Research & Strategy
We began by analyzing competitor positioning within the apparel market, studying how similar brands structured their online presence. This helped us identify opportunities for differentiation while maintaining best practices in e-commerce UX.
Using this research, I gathered all available brand assets and resources to construct an initial wireframe. The primary objectives were to:
Showcase featured products prominently on the homepage.
Create an immersive brand story section that reinforced their identity.
Design an efficient, user-friendly shopping experience, from product discovery to checkout.
Design & Prototyping
Over a three-week sprint, I iterated on multiple design solutions in Figma and Adobe XD, focusing on:
Homepage layout: Prioritizing high-impact visuals while maintaining usability.
E-commerce flow: Ensuring a seamless browsing and checkout experience.
Navigation & accessibility: Keeping the interface clean, intuitive, and scalable.
To meet the distinct visions of both founders, I explored and pitched 5-10 different UX/UI concepts, aiming to find a solution that honored the brand’s ethos while optimizing user engagement.
Final Outcome
The end result was a visually compelling, highly functional digital storefront that reflected Embattled Clothing’s identity while providing a smooth and engaging user experience. The founders were thrilled with how the site captured their brand’s essence without compromising usability.
